For residents

Where do I find my building's code?

The code comes from your building manager — usually on a notice in the entrance hall, in the residents' group, or in person. You can type the code in or scan the QR from the notice. We cannot give you a code without the manager, because that would let strangers into your building.

I cannot join a building

Check that the code is entered exactly as given (no spaces, uppercase letters and digits). If it still fails, the manager may have created a new building and retired the old code — ask them for the current one.

I forgot my password

On the sign-in screen, choose the password reset option and enter your email address. You will get an email with a link to set a new password. If it does not arrive, check your spam folder.

I am not getting notifications

Check that notifications are allowed for Stanar + in your phone's settings and that you are not in Do Not Disturb mode. If you recently signed in on a new phone, sign out and back in so the device is registered for notifications again.

How does the app know about power and water outages?

It pulls planned outages from the electricity distributor's site and service notices from the local water utility, then matches the street against your building's address and highlights what concerns you. It works even when the notice is published in Cyrillic. We connect the feeds per city — if nothing shows for your building, tell us the city and we will add it.

How do I delete my account?

Through Profile → Delete account in the app. The full procedure and what gets deleted are on the Account deletion page.

For managers

How do I get a manager account?

We open manager accounts ourselves. Fill in the form on the For managers page and we will reply, usually within two business days.

What does it cost?

We agree terms for each building individually, because buildings differ a lot in size and in what they need. Send a request from the For managers page and you will get an offer for your building.

I manage several buildings — do I need several accounts?

No. One manager account can run several buildings; you switch between them inside the app.

Does the app issue invoices to residents?

No. The balance view is informational; invoicing and bookkeeping stay with you.

We already use a building-management program — can we have both?

You can, and that is the usual case. Those programs are tools for the manager: invoicing, bookkeeping, statements. Stanar + is an app for residents — a transparent balance, voting, issue reports and outage notices. We do not touch your bookkeeping and we do not ask you to move anything out of your existing program.

What is Stanar+ TV, and does the building have to take it?

Stanar+ TV is a screen in the entrance hall carrying the building's notices, planned power and water outages, and adverts. We supply the screen, mount it and maintain it; the building provides a spot in the common area and the electricity. It is not compulsory: a building can use the app without a screen, and a screen can be added later.
