Stanar+ TV
Your advert where the neighbours actually walk
Stanar+ TV is a screen in a residential building's entrance hall. It carries the building's notices, upcoming power and water outages — and local businesses' adverts, in rotation. The same people walk past it twice a day, every day.
How it works
A screen in the common area
Mounted in the entrance hall, by the lift or the letterboxes. It runs all day, without sound, and asks nobody to open or scan anything.
You buy a network, not one building
You choose the part of town and the number of entrance halls. Billing is per entrance hall per month, with a clear list of the addresses your advert runs in.
Rotation, not interruption
Your image alternates with the building's notices. Nothing auto-plays over content somebody needs at that moment.
No data, no targeting
The screen has no camera, microphone or sensors. We measure no audience and build no profiles — everyone in the hall sees the same rotation. So we do not sell "clicks"; we sell presence.
Why the entrance hall, not the letterbox
A leaflet in a letterbox goes into the bag of junk mail, often unopened. A sticker on the lift door lasts until the first cleaner. The screen is the one surface in the hall nobody takes down — because the building uses it for its own notices.
And it is why the building looks after it: the screen is not there only for adverts, but for the notices residents actually need. A screen the building uses will not be covered up or switched off.
Reach and price — on enquiry
The network grows with every building that takes Stanar+ TV, so we do not publish a count of entrance halls or a price here — it would be out of date within a week. On enquiry you get the list of addresses available at that moment and a price for the scale you want. We do not send estimates.
Tell us in the enquiry which city and which parts of town you want — we hold your place in the rotation before you pay for anything.
What we will not show
The screen stands where people live, next to children and older residents, and next to the building's own notices. So we do not accept:
- political or party content, nor content from religious organisations
- gambling, betting and payday loans
- adult content and anything unsuitable for the children who walk past
- adverts imitating a notice from the building or the manager — an advert must be recognisable as an advert
Everything else is welcome: local trades and repair services, cleaning, delivery, clinics, gyms, estate agents — the things residents are looking up a phone number for anyway.
How the screen handles data is set out in the Privacy Policy, section 4.
