Terms of Service

This is a translation provided for convenience. In case of any discrepancy, the Serbian version prevails.

1. Acceptance of terms

By using the Stanar + app, developed and maintained by PETAR CENIĆ PR HECO DEVELOPMENT, Jovana Apela 16, 18000 Niš, Serbia, company number 68533970, tax number (PIB) 115659746 ("we", "us", "the operator"), you accept these Terms of Service in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the app.

2. Description of the service

Stanar + is an app for residents and building managers that supports communication and organisation within a building: running polls and votes on shared decisions, viewing the building's balance, publishing and following announcements on a bulletin board, and reporting issues in the building.

3. Accounts and accuracy of data

Using the app requires creating a user account. You are responsible for keeping the data you enter (name, apartment number, contact details) accurate and up to date, and for keeping your sign-in credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that takes place through your account.

4. Rules of conduct

When using the app, you must not publish or share content that:

  • is offensive, discriminatory, threatening or otherwise inappropriate
  • is unlawful or encourages unlawful acts
  • discloses another person's personal data without consent (for example an address, phone number or another person's financial details)
  • infringes third-party intellectual property rights
  • constitutes unauthorised advertising or unsolicited content (spam)

5. Content moderation

Resident posts on the bulletin board are approved by the building manager before they become visible to other members of the building. If you come across inappropriate content, you can report it directly in the app. Reported content is processed within 24 hours. We reserve the right to remove content that breaches these terms, and to restrict or terminate access for an account that breaches them seriously or repeatedly.

6. Intellectual property

The Stanar + app, its design, logo and software code are the property of PETAR CENIĆ PR HECO DEVELOPMENT and are protected under applicable intellectual property law. Content created by users (posts, reports, photographs) remains the property of the user, with the operator retaining the right to display it within the app in order to provide the service.

7. Limitation of liability

The financial views in the app (the building's balance, expense overview) are informational and serve as an aid in following the building's finances. They are not a substitute for official bank statements or the manager's accounting records, and we accept no liability for decisions made solely on the basis of these views.

8. Changes to these terms

We reserve the right to amend these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify users of material changes through the app or by the email address associated with the account. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time through the app (Profile → Delete account) or by sending a request to our contact email. We also reserve the right to terminate or restrict access for an account that breaches these terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms of Service are governed by the law of the Republic of Serbia. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with the applicable regulations of the Republic of Serbia.
