For building managers
Fewer calls at nine in the evening, more decisions on record
Stanar + gives you the building in one place: voting with a record, announcements that actually reach residents, issue reports with photos, and an expense overview residents can check for themselves.

What you get
Building-management programs are written for the manager — invoicing, bookkeeping, bank statements. Stanar + is the other side of the same building: an app for residents. So it does not replace whatever you keep your books in; it sits alongside it.
Decisions on record
A poll with a deadline, a description and a clear result, instead of going door to door with a signature sheet. The result stays on record.
Announcements in one place
Post once and it stands in one place for everyone, with the latest highlighted at the top of the board. No more depending on who walked past the lift and remembered.
Issue reports in one place
Residents report a fault with a photo and a location in the building; you see the list and move each one along until it is resolved.
Transparent expenses
You enter the building's income and expenses, and residents get the chart and history. Considerably fewer "where did the money go" conversations.
Several buildings, one account
If you manage more than one building, you switch between them inside the same app — no signing out, no second account.
Control over content
You approve resident posts before they become visible, and any resident can report inappropriate content.
Stanar+ TV
A screen in the entrance hall, not just an app on a phone
A sheet of paper by the lift reaches whoever walks past and remembers, and an app is opened by people who are already interested. A building that takes Stanar+ TV gets a screen in its common area where the manager’s notices and upcoming outages stand on their own — seen by everyone who comes in, phone or no phone.
Notices and outages
Whatever the manager marks for the entrance hall, plus planned power and water outages for your address — the same sources the app uses.
No personal data
The screen shows no names, no apartment numbers and no individual votes, and it has no camera, microphone or sensors. Ads are not targeted.
The device and fitting are on us
We supply the screen, mount it and maintain it. The building provides a spot in the common area and the electricity.
How to start
We open manager accounts ourselves, so that a building is only ever administered by its actual manager.
You send a request
Fill in the short form with your name and the building (or buildings) you manage. It takes a minute.
We agree terms
We go through the details for your building and you get an offer — the price per apartment and everything included in it, so you have something to put to residents.
The assembly votes
The app is paid for out of the building's funds, so it is adopted by a decision of the assembly. You write nothing yourself: with the offer we send you a draft decision, a running order for the meeting and a notice for the entrance hall.
We open your account and you invite residents
You receive an email with a link where you set your own password, with the building already linked. Then share the building code — on a notice in the entrance hall, in a group, or in person.
Account request
Open a manager account
Fill in your details and the building. We usually reply within two business days with the details and terms for your building.
Where we are, and what is coming
To be clear: for now the app does not issue invoices to residents, does not calculate per-apartment charges and does not replace bookkeeping — invoicing and official documentation stay with you.
But we are actively working on it. Stanar + is growing into a tool that takes more work off the plate of managers and residents alike, and new features land regularly. If there is something specific you need day to day, write to us at stanar@hecotech.dev — suggestions from managers who actually run buildings shape what we build next.
